In Express Yourself: Writing from the Heart, teens will explore personal storytelling through songwriting, learning to channel their emotions and experiences into impactful lyrics. Guided by prompts and supportive feedback, participants will delve into themes like identity, relationships, and dreams, crafting verses and choruses that capture their unique perspectives. Through this process, theyll gain confidence, self-awareness, and emotional resilience, discovering the power of authentic self-expression and leaving with original lyrics that reflect their personal journeys.
