SDSU Extension is bringing the Pick It! Try It! Like It! program to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sioux Empire! This hands-on series highlights a specific fruit or vegetable, teaching teens about its nutritional benefits. Participants will also create a tasty recipe using the featured ingredient, making healthy eating fun and interactive.
